SERVINGS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Muffin tin

  • Meats

  • Bell peppers

  • Cucumber

  • Carrots

  • Chickpeas

  • Peas

  • Berries

  • Melon

  • Boiled eggs Cut into quarters

INSTRUCTIONS

  • You can pick what goes into the muffin tin – ensuring there are liked foods and some foods which are new exposures for your child

  • Or you can allow your child to pick what they like to go into the holes of the tin

  • Make sure there are plenty of veggies available to choose from and make it colourful and most importantly – have fun!

Note:

Muffin tin meals are a great way to expose your child to several different food items in one sitting. When they are separate and served differently – it gives the child the opportunity to explore without pressure.
