1 Muffin tin
Meats
Bell peppers
Cucumber
Carrots
Chickpeas
Peas
Berries
Melon
Boiled eggs Cut into quarters
INSTRUCTIONS
You can pick what goes into the muffin tin – ensuring there are liked foods and some foods which are new exposures for your child
Or you can allow your child to pick what they like to go into the holes of the tin
Make sure there are plenty of veggies available to choose from and make it colourful and most importantly – have fun!
Note:
Muffin tin meals are a great way to expose your child to several different food items in one sitting. When they are separate and served differently – it gives the child the opportunity to explore without pressure.
