From November the 1st we start getting into the Christmas spirit in our house. This is such a fun, easy to set up Christmas snack that kids will love!
It is so good because;
It allows for a variety of different food exposure
Is completely balanced
Is full of nourishment
Encourages positivity around food in a fun, informal, relaxed way.
You can approach this activity by saying something like ‘let’s decorate our Christmas tree!’.
I simply chopped up red, green and yellow peppers along with some carrots. And used a star cookie cutter for the carrot stars. Serve with hummus and mashed avocado.
