Bendy wraps for fantastic fillings! A great switch from gluten wraps.

8 Wraps

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup Cassava flour + extra for dusting and rolling

  • 1.5 Cups Water

  • Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Pour flour into a bowl and add water

  • Mix until a dough forms

  • Cut into 4 then each piece into 2 so you have 8 bits

  • Take one piece of parchment and flour the surface lightly

  • Place one round of dough on the floured parchment. Place another sheet on top. Flatten out with a rolling pin and roll out thinly. Heat a pan on medium heat (do not add oil)

  • Dry fry in a pan for 1-2 mins on each sid


Note:

Note – you can also cut these into triangles and bake on 200/400/ Gas mark 6 for around 20 minutes or until crispy
To boost protein content for children who love wraps and struggle with meats – Add 1 egg to the batter and reduce the water by 1/4 cup
